| 2023-08-10 |  | | Not sure why but card hunter just doesn't work on my phone. It shows everything, but as soon as you click on a card and the camera opens, it just says to look up and to the right. You can rotate the phone in any orientation you like, in as many different ways as you like, but you will never find the cards. You're more likely to see an actual alien, than find out exactly where, up and to the right, is hiding. And there really isn't anything to do, unless you're trying to spend hundreds of dollars |

Great way to expose young people to the various aspects of the hobby (chasing sets, doing trades, listing auctions, the "gamble" associated w/ buying packs). The mini-games are fun. Only complaint is on the auctions: when a card hits a bid of 1,000 coins, the next option to bid is 2,000 & it goes up in increments of 1,000 from there. Feels extreme & would create a more realistic experience if there were smaller increments over 1,000 (even 250 or 500). |

The mini games are all slightly rigged, it's impossible to coast for a while without getting frustrated. Streaks contain sleeves, covers, and dud packs none of which i need anymore. All the high end packs are real $ which turns off a part of the game, and coins are too hard to obtain to get nothing after spending 10k. The trading is super confusing and I dont do it anymore |

No matter what, I always get the same exact results at nearly identical times. Fumble on the first possible fumble, make it to 4, another fumble, make it a few more yards, then fumble. PLEASE FIX IT THIS GAME WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF MYSTERY BOX WAS RANDOMIZED. again I enjoy the rest of the game but with the mystery box being my favorite part of the game, it ruins the experience. |

Cards that clearly show up in your Collection don't show up as available for Contests. Most of the time when you click on any chat forum, it won't load the page, or your messages won't appear. They are still releasing "new" sets for 2021, and haven't released a single card other than the base set for 2022. Instants don't exist anymore. It's Pathetic!!! |

Everything is slow to load, slow to sort through...The cards are pretty plain, with nothing to gain from completing sets.. the collections are difficult to sort through, you can't even see what in packs from the store, you have to go to collections and slowly pick through them in confusing ways. The carnival games are silly and function poorly, I finally got a touchdown just to win a month of vip... This app leaves me wishing for Topps to come back...and trading is complicated |

It also never tells me when I open up packs or when I'm hunting new cards if they are new ones for my collection. Dont think I should have to go all the way back into my stuff to see that. Not a big fan of the filtering system....mostly the sub filter. The videos are great but the first one you watch you never get...its always that way, I get all of them but the first one. |
| 2021-11-04 |  | | I've been using this app for a few years now. I will say that there were some growing pains and there may still continue to be. Overall, I spend a majority of my time on it. The trade match option and sorting options have made it much better! Customer service is more quick to respond and resolve problems. Card quality continues to go up and I find that the atmosphere is fun and competitive during contest season. You have a chance to win real cards and they are of great quality. Super fun app!!!! |
| 2021-10-26 |  | | This looks like a fun app. I enjoy most of it. But I attempted to buy a couple of packs of the newly released 2021 Certified with real money at $9.99 each. After I was charged the app would tell me "valid season is required" error and never received the packs or the VIP time. I have submitted twice now the issue within the app.. No response. I would just like to either be refunded or receive what I had paid for. |
| 2021-07-26 |  | | I like this app, but I keep having problems with the program stopping while I'm doing pack battles. It's very frustrating when this happens, I really enjoy doing the pack battles. I also have been trying to trade cards with my husband to complete a subcollection, but it won't give me cards that I am requesting! It gives him the cards that I was attempting to obtain from him...this has happened twice now. The app can also be very slow. |
