Broken badly. Unable to see shifts and emailing the address listed here DOES NOT WORK! It bounces so how do we report problems?

App constantly breaks, as far as scheduling goes, horrible. Not to mention the format being convuluted and frustrating. This app alone makes me want to find a new job.
