The results are presented in two lists (images and videos) which can be filtered. A long press allows you to select the files to be able to delete them (be careful not to delete the files required by the applications).

Most apps only allow you to delete regular cache which apps use to speed up performance. Out of all the apps I've tried, this was the only one that was successfully able to reveal hidden cache and delete it. The only thing hidden cache does is rob your memory and leave your private data exposed.
