Choosing a player (my phone, my tv, a JL Tenor) to play music into is a slow and complex process and usually fails. Good point: you can close the app and the Panasonic All8 speaker will continue playing. To sum up: these things worked well ten years ago, but now it's only x die hard fans of obsolete technology as myself. |

Still having trouble reliably linking all speakers. When it works it is great. When the speakers can't find each other then you can say goodbye to half an hour whilst you unplug, turn off and on, press buttons at random and then away you go again, all fine, as if nothing had happened. |

Perhaps the speakers are pants too as connectivity is atrocious, frequently losing their binding, that's if the app can find the speakers at all. The speakers often think they are connected but can never be found in the app or by Spotify. I regret my investment. |

The app sometimes glitches / fails to connect and can't find the speakers. App Presets don't work very well, and never seem to save properly. Spotify connect is also flakey, sometimes not seeing the speakers as an option. Panasonic need to spend proper development budget on the app to match the speaker products and get more stars. |

I realize that the products this app is meant to support are now legacy but it has never worked properly. It's only when one moves away from Spotify Connect that one discovers how bad this is. One star only because none is not an option. |
| 2022-02-23 |  | | Frustrating and unreliable. Had a few issues with connection dropping now and then with my previous IT provider. Recently upgraded to faster network and boom! Overnight the Panasonic speaker refuses to recognise there is a wi-fi system in the house even when sat right next to the router. Just tells me to boost my signal. Given that my old analogue delivered wi-fi reached to the end of a 0.5 mile road...and my super duper fibre delivered is off the charts I can only blame the app. Disappointing. |
| 2021-12-22 |  | | After app updates, the volume stop functioning when I have joined more than 1 speaker🙄. Volume can only be adjust individually. Wish the queue list can be edit. it's sucked that the list have to recreate everytime want to remove a song from queue. (Nothing has been fixed. ). Radio favorite list is annoying that it allow to slide to delete; often times it was accidently deleted when browsing through the list. As usual, the speaker keep disappear from the app. Hope some of these be fixed soon. |
| 2021-08-21 |  | | The app and experience with the speakers has never been great. When it all works is great, but speakers disappear and sometimes it's not possible to group some of them. Some combination of restarting speakers, app and phone normally resolves this. Since the last update when you add a speaker to a group it sometimes appears twice in the list and the app can crash. |

There are extra folders appearing and when you select the station you want it just loops back to the first folder.. Update; contacted airable and, with Panasonic, they have fixed the problem. Sometimes only 1 speaker appears and a different one on different days, sometimes none. This week the problem is none of the radio stations will work - just keeps sending me to the related stations folder and I go round in a loop. Awesome! |
