We have to pay for this service at my apartment community and it's a complete joke. The package system is down half the time or couriers don't scan in packages, so then you can't access the package room in either instance. I have delivery instructions stating to leave all packages at my front door to avoid these issues but the drivers don't care. Customer service is also terrible. This is what you get with these modern day "conveniences", i.e. you're nickled and dimed for others' carelessness.
