| 2024-12-13 |  | | Fun to play but IMPOSSIBLE to break out of the lowest level. Why? Needs fixing. I beat the level and came in #1 on 12/8/2024 but still stayed in the lowest league even though it showed that I would advance to the Silver level. (Lowest level is Bronze) So disheartening and unfair. In continuing convo with developer but cannot make them understand that I won the game, yet not allowed to advance to Silver league from Bronze. Serious fix needed to this otherwise fun game. |

I finish in first place each time because I work my butt off to get there and it keeps knocking me all the way back down to bronze at the end of the challenge. I should be 3 steps up from that. If you can't bother to reply to your players than I will uninstall your game. Last chance to fix this problem or your rating will go Down to a one. I have earned my rating and I would really like it fixed. Thank you |

| 2024-11-25 |  | | I've played your game and won Gold level twice now and supposed to advance to platinum level but when I advance it says platinum level ended and I'm in 99th place and then you claim that level even though I haven't played that level yet the game kicks me back to the Gold level very frustrating in the past this was the same thing in the bronze level I've won Bronze level supposed to advance me to the silver level again it says I was 99th in the silver level and then kicked me back to Bronze level |

This seriously slows down game play and causes me to lose spot in play as well as rewards etc. I have to close app and restart each time. Annoying enough I will probably uninstall. |
