I really like it, only thing I have a grudge against is I never got a notification for my book hold and then was disappointed to find they removed it from hold. But other than that (it was a one time thing) 10/10. Free, effective, audio is clear (for audio books), and uhm..yeah :-)
Love the app, use it for story time at the school and to read my books on my phone, especially while traveling. I had no issues until I got a new phone this summer. Now, I am not able to log in on my phone anymore. It goes to a white screen with a small Sora symbol in the center for a while, then kicks me back to the login screen with an error message. The same goes for my husband's phone. The app still works on my laptops at home and at work... Any idea on what to do?
Can we just take a moment to think that a publicly funded program made this app? Sure it's not perfect, but when you get it running, it sure does run. You can search from multiple local libraries at once, interact with your audiobook as a notification, have multiple people or locations on one card (*cough* Netflix) and so much more. I feel like the app really is intuitive and remembers me each time I use it. It's certainly my go to library app and I will miss it after I leave high school.
