I've used this app for years now and personally it's my favorite one. This tuner has been super helpful for me. It reads the pitch of the string very well so it makes it possible for quick and accurate tuning. You also have the option of tuning in other tunings besides standard as well as other instruments. I've recommended this app for friends and anyone else that might need a tuner. It also offers songs for you to learn. You really can't beat this app considering It won't cost you anything.

Brother put this on my phone because I was too stubborn to get it. I didn't know what I was missing out on tbh. Surprisingly precise tuner, with visual graph feedback. Not to mention all the helping features, can teach you chords, songs, tabs whatever haha. It's great, and isn't super congested with constant ads (as far as I can tell)

smart scroll will jump ahead sometimes out of nowhere, making me have to pause my playing to scroll back up. the tuner isn't always totally accurate, and the pop ups are annoying. it's fine, but i won't renew a membership. probably better off just buying a physical tuner, no real other reason to have this app

This was a great app previously. And I just wanted a simple guitar tuning app. It's fine that additional features were added, but I don't need or want them. Additionally, frequently when I use the app I have to try and restore purchase because it doesn't recognize that I've already paid for the app. Further, frequently the restore purchase doesn't work. I need a tuning app that I can pull up immediately and know it's going to work every goddamn time. Unfortunately this is no longer that app.

It was a good app to play and tune my guitar but I find the fact that now we have to pay 7$.99 monthly for smart scroll outrageus. Its annoying to be strumming a song you dont know the chords to and then stop just to scroll down and then back to strumming. It makes it sound so weird and I very much dislike this idea. In my opinion switch it back to how it was

It was a great tuner, with a good catalogue of songs to play along with. However the just moved the "smart scroll" feature that was available to all user beforehand, behind their paid subscription. You already play ads when I open the song, turning this feature off just to try and get some money out of me seems scummy.

Update: Still the most mediocre, useless and unintuitive app I've ever had on my phones. Instructions lack sensible continuity. The guitar sounds are not in sync with players shown strumming. Nothing is explained clearly. I don't know what was the thinking behind developing this app. Certainly not for beginners. Absolutely nothing gained over many many months trying to use it. That why I wouldn't get the paid version. No way. Just good for tuning.

Great app, or what I've seen of it anyway. Hitting a couple snags that seem to prevent me from features in the app I want to experience. To be fair though I've been distracted and impatient in troubleshooting these snags. Probably easily avoidable, and definitely worth the cost. Like I said, great features, great app. The billing and/or marketing dept. may have pulled a cheeseball move on me with the free trial but I don't know why they say I did not "qualify" for it. We had zero history.

As a UX designer, I suggest whoever designed this app go back to the customer journey board. If I'm tuning my guitar, why on earth would I want an obstrusive pop-up instructing me how to play a song totally unrelated to the task at hand? Not to mention the pop-ups that look like payments are required to keep using the app. I paid for this app for years, but no longer.

New to guitar and this app is not good. The tuner is off and they only give you part of the songs to practice then ask for an "upgrade level" subscription after I paid for the annual subscription already. BS if you ask me. No impressed at all. Just YouTube your lessons for the first few months. Marty music is the best out there for anyone who wants to learn at their own pace. Good luck and happy campfires
