| 2024-11-24 |  | | UI feezes regularly & is a source of anxiety & a nuisance. It would not add a 20 second vid. It says it is autosaving then never returns causing messages to not be saved & need to be written again even in my limited need 4 app. The threads of messages are nearly impossible to follow & needs 4 different spots to see if a message was sent, received or a part of all messages or saved. I can use messenger for free w/better A/V/Text & money transfer/pay. Google calendar shareable, free, better UI. |

And, for reasons I simply cannot fathom, the app is not showing up in my app drawer. It's literally nowhere to be found. The only way for me to access it on my phone is to get into the play store and open the app from there. |

However, now my bank account is constantly getting unlinked, there's no notification about it, and I don't get payments on time. I've contacted support, and they basically told me that's the way it is. This app is completely frustrating. Do not bother paying the extra money!! |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | I've had this app for about a year. Couldn't get it to open tonight. Un-installed it, reinstalled it. So now it opens. Tried to go into "Settings" to make some changes, nothing works. People using this app are usually required to do so because of a court order. It would be nice if the app actually worked properly. Can I expect a credit or refund because it's not working correctly? |

The app does not consistently notify in real time making it look like calls are unanswered because they are not notifying that a call is coming through. It rarely works if I am not home or at work. it's aggravating since it's required by our parenting plan to use. |

I still can't get a ring or tone from my phone when a message or call comes through. I have to have my phone open to receive calls and messages. My phone is an S23+, so it shouldn't be a compatability issue. |

Only to receive an email that will not let me change my password but using the email link is the only way to bring up my saved password. I am unable to add any parenting time to the calendar because we don't follow any of the apps options. Week on week off is not listed. Also can't start visitation weeks on other days. The suggestions do not work. Useless! |
| 2024-09-28 |  | | This app is DEFINITELY overpriced, especially with all of the issues that come with it. With adding teachers/healthcare providers etc, you can't go back in to change something because it won't save. So if you need that info in there, you have to creat a new contact. Also, you can't add expenses for your kid to show that you're paying for everything w/o adding what the other parent owes. Sometimes notifications for messages don't go through, either. For as much $ that I pay, it's too much work! |

Once, the app says I have 3 new messages, but when I go on the app, the number of missed messages is absurd It has I have over thousands of missed messages, but when i open the messages there is only 3 unread messages. The app crashes a lot, expesialy when I'm making messages 0 stars |

Makes it difficult when its required to use, and I only see things when its constantly being checked. Audio/video calls are not great, and you only get like a half hour time limit per month. Pay alot of money for something that doesn't work very well. |
