I was going to use this for speech therapy but immediately turned off by this requirement. It that old scam where they hope you forget before the trial is up so they can charge you. |

I thought it was intentionally barebones to get you to sign up, but there was nothing extra added when I signed up for the free trial. But all earlier customers should have a 3-month access code on updating, to use all the content in the app for free during that period. But the new version disabled them and forced me to buy subscription to access my contents which I had purchased already. I demand a full refund of what I paid for them. I lost all access to newly paid American English words. I'm really upset with the way you do business as this is misleading to your customer. 01/16/2021: I made decision to uninstall this app from my phone as customer support was not very helpful. I don't want to fall into their trap again after the first mistake to purchase the words list. |

I did not want or need a subscription based app, I don't own any for the same reason. I paid premium for what I needed when this was a one-time purchase app. Early supporters should keep all previously purchased features unlocked forever regardless of the new growth strategy placed for new customers. This is a quick cash grab while screwing old customers in the process. |
