2024-11-01 | Timothy Walker | I have just started my journey experiencing tinnitus. I felt awful and hopeless, this app is a ray of light and provides support to better understand the condition and my own thinking patterns. Sometimes if it feels like they have made an app just for me. What a privilege to have access to this, and I'm only on day 6. Thank you.
2024-08-14 | Alyssa M | When this app works (free version), it's seems pretty great. However, it consistently crashes by reverting to a black screen when I try to exit a session or audio sound. The sound or audio continue to play. To stop the app I have to uninstall it. But, I like it well enough, that I reinstall it to continue.
2023-11-11 | Eileen Chiatoh | Brilliant app with the daily sessions designed to not feel overwhelming and at the same time to not make you focus on tinnitus. Dr Edmund Farrah, whose support I got through the app is absolutely brilliant. When I had a 1 to 1 session with him, he listened carefully and gave really helpful advice. The app works really well with no issues and doesn't cause any problems on my phone. Would totally recommend
2023-10-08 | Hobi Surnima | I am using the oto app , regularly, it's helping me cope very well, and I have been practicing some of its tips, the makers of this app is god send, the service they are doing to mankind people who are suffering with tinnitus, is huge. I recommend this app highly, it will keep you hopeful and change ur relation with tinnitus.
2023-09-02 | Anonymous | I was feeling totally overwhelmed by permanent Tinnitus. I downloaded the app through joining Tinnitus UK in the early hours one morning, not sleeping. Oto has been a live line to me. The App has given me the skill set I need to take control of the Tinnitus and not let Tinnitus control me! I can detach from it now at times and have made so much positive progress since using Oto. The App has so much to offer. I'm truly grateful.
2023-07-26 | Julie Cooke | This app is brilliant. The guided meditations are extremely calming when I'm having a bad tinnitus day, practicing the whole programme the app is offering is helping my habituation process. I would totally recommend this app to anyone who is struggling to habituate their tinnitus. There's also a friendly voice on the other end of the phone to listen, give support and guide you through the tinnitus coaching sessions that are on offer.
2023-05-05 | Jamiefumi 46 | I used the free trial, then stopped to consider whether or not I wanted to pay for it, at £9.99 a month. When I reinstalled the app, it was £39.99 a month. A reduced rate therapist may workout cheaper here, and will be miles better than an app. I don't want people to have to work for free, but £39.99 a month for an app, is an attempt to cash-in on desperate people. The price stays pretty well hidden, until the last minute as well. It just doesn't sit well with me.
2023-05-03 | FraserB | Great app. I have had a recent spike. I get this now and then. This was and will be a good source to retrain the mind back to habituation. I like the monthly sub model as once the spike is over I can stop payment. Then take it again when next spike happens. Go od luck everyone. Fraser T sufferer for 27 yrs. I am having another spike and was looking to restart subscription. The monthly price has gone up to 79.99 that seems a lot more than I paid before?
2022-12-08 | Ita Mer | The app feels great, actually. Interface is great and exercises are great. But it is expensive! 320 euros for a year. Paid 80 for 3 months upfront. I won't be able to afford it past those months. I would be okay with a price between 10-15 euros a month. I know it is hard to maintain the cost-effectiveness, but this app is not really a luxury, it is a very much needed thing for every tinnitus sufferer. And l hope the price goes down, the more people sign up because l love it!
2022-10-28 | Kat Dixon | This app has been a real life saver for me. I felt so lost and alone when I first had tinnitus. My mood was low and I felt like I was losing my mind. This app has absolutely saved me. It's well designed, the course is careful and enough each day to keep going but not too much to be overwhelming. Her voice is soothing, the sound packs are great to help train your attention away. It feels like there's a genuine person who understands how hard it is. If you're struggling, this is so worth it |
