Got the cam unit and it worked fine. Then I was one of the ones who have an android phone so it stopped sending me notifications. It's been over a week now and it finally started working today 9-12-24 at 1:30pm. Had to check the app every 40 minutes to make sure I wasn't missing any. I believe they should have looked into this or before using it in the courts. This messes with people's freedom if it's not working properly.
I only had issues with my government issued phone (got wet; got new) have had gr8 success, no complaints. Case manager programs check ins- no inconveniences so far. UA's were coming back positive for alcohol even tho I've been abstinent. This is far better proof of my sobriety (just be careful with it around perfumes, body sprays and hair products, the alcohol will show high bac and fails!) Not to pricey, I will gladly pay since UA system is unreliable in my case
From a functionality standpoint, absolute dumpster fire of an app. I have to restart my phone about half the time just to complete a check in, because test history vanishes constantly & randomly. This is also the only app I've ever had even slight Bluetooth connectivity issues with. The unique notification sound changed with the last update, and, of course, there's no way to change it. Zero user-modifiable settings. Shockingly poor design.
