Finally found a working tool for android to change subtitle encoding. One suggestion for improvement, right now it writes only UTF-8 without BOOM, could you pkease add an option for UTF-8 with BOOM. For some reason subtitles converted to UTF -8 without BOOM work fine on handheld android plex but it does not work on android tv version of plex. When I converti it to UTF-8 with BOOM then it works on both versions.
