Taking a break from sitting helps you to stay healthy and might even prevent back pain! Walking or moving your body helps you to be in a better mood and be physically fit.
You can set the time when you want to be reminded of standing up and the interval. Every time you move the clock starts from 0 seconds again.
You can even track the average and total time of sitting!
This app shall motivate you to make moving your body a priority and by doing so making your health a priority.
