Noticed how you don't give gem sale for long or only get a few pounds off the original price. Then the superpass is £20 for 1 elite doctor. Change the gem video feature to. Even if you change it to everyday you get a video where you get 10-1000 gems a day. Also like to say I have never seen an elite sale in ages. Expensive to buy gems and to even get one elite. Think about others |

When the patients are waiting in line they would sit in a different directions instead of facing the facility, I have put tons of heaters but the patients are still dying and cold, it's also hard to earn exp and upgrade levels. That's all this is an amazing game btw |

Whatever updates they have done seem to be working Update: I have a black screen when I try to log on. It is the last day of the tier run and I can't complete it now as the stupid app won't work. Waiting to see if it ever starts up again. Hope I don't get kicked out of my union for this! So inconvenient and unreliable for an app! |

I do find it annoying that it is so pricey to change a person's name (I find it annoying that all the best doctors have the same name, Hannibal, Huff etc and it gets awkward telling the difference between them). |

I don't mind having to wait a bit to spans the hospital, but the exp goes up too fast, and then you only get patients with diseases that you can't yet cure. Would be nice if you controlled the type of patients coming in, I'm lvl 20 and I rarely get the curable diseases any more. Please fix this and it would be a very fun game. Make it so we get more of the initial patients. |

Not balance in slots, too crowded because of big space in one room. Rooms(treatment and equipment) are too expensive and too big. Useless runes, too expensive. On the downside, progression is kinda slow especially if you messed up by buying too many rooms early on or hiring too many staff. Acquiring free diamonds is also quite low compared to the things you can buy with it. It is quite mandatory to have them especially on unlocking item attribute slots. Wish there are better bonuses given by ads or at least more reward from it than getting a single gem everytime. |

I just bought some gems on offer, they've vanished, I'd nearly completed an emergency but several reloads later and I fail to save anyone. I can't do the current events now because it keeps reloading. I'm going to contact Google for a refund. |
