2024-01-11 | Kasey Parsons | This game lives in my head rent free now. It's great, my only problem is the time, you have to beat the game (and buy the recovery pack) to skip the time feature. I find it cool and adds immersion, but you should have the option to skip it on the first playthru at least. The story and characters are great, so I'd say I reccomend it to anyone wanting to play a story based game. I also like how the ending is up to your interpretation, it makes it feel more personal.
2021-08-23 | Tay Three | So far really good but a couple of qualms. I can't open the keyboard when he is not done typing or when he is offline. Be nice and feel way more real if I could at least open it. Maybe let us send some emojis and a generic response when he gets back sometimes? Also I close the app and it seems to not have saved correctly as it jumped me back quite far. A manual for save option would be nice. Otherwise this is a really amazing interactive visual novel. Just want a slight bit more interaction lol
2021-01-04 | Olivia Holtz | The pauses between contact are understandable, but it makes it harder. All of the sudden, I have 12 messages I need to read and am frantically hitting pause. I would prefer just getting one message and then the plot pausing until the app is opened. Although the current system is more realistic, it isn't a good kind of realism. I love the story and characters, but not the real-life headaches of texting.
2020-08-15 | Heather Jones | I ADORE this game. It's fun & simple. I saw others thought the time between sets was either to long or short but I thought it was fine as I could get back to it whenever I was ready, and mostly, was able to pause to catch up. I only had 2 glitches. The first was when they're attacked in the library, it didn't pause so I could catch up before it decided to ignore so I missed a story chance. And at the end, when they're trying to send Beek back, it froze. Price is also a bit steep for not a lot...
2020-05-22 | Trifling Tanuki | I find this game fun but what threw me off was for someone trying to help a person in a different dimension we apparently have very little to say. I believe there should be more options to express our (the readers) curiosity and or our personalitys rather than the basic options like calm them down or don't text back. Maybe add more options like what you could say to calm them, to truly make us feel integrated like we actually have an influence but aside from that, I think y'all are doing great👍
2020-04-02 | A Google user | For a game that relies so heavily on dialogue, I was sad to see that the writing felt so... cringy. The character Beek's way of talking feels pretty off- It's hard to be descriptive and have action in the context of a conversation over 'texting.' It has a lot of potential, but when the 'graphics' (i.e. photos) are something that needs to be bought, the writing should be able to make up for it.
2020-03-26 | A Google user | Exelent job! I realy LOVE it! After playing this I felt so alive and cheared. The story is magnificent along with the music and the way the surroundings were described begived me their world that good that the image wasnt needed. They all made me feel great and putted a good mood on me! However, there's a problem with the timer - even when paused, time is still flowing and i had lesser problems with that. All in all, great game! I would have loved if you make another one like this! :D
2020-03-25 | A Google user | Fantastic concept for a little game. Interesting story. Pretty CGs. Frustrating replayability. In order to replay the game you still have to do all of the communication in "real time" which makes hunting down missing CGs a massive pain, especially considering there are bad endings that just kill off Beek for seemingly no reason. At one point he literally says "I'm standing near a cliff" and proceeds to slip and fall to his death like an idiot.
2020-03-25 | A Google user | I like it. Though with not much content to give. The time between texts is unrealistic in many situations too. You have 3 mini problems in this micro novel. That cause a big problem for what you might be trying to achieve. Not enough content, not what people are looking for, nothing to show worth than a story that even so doesnt convince me to pay for the photos sadly. Need to take it to the next level. More story/content and make it a app to buy. Give us more things to see so we want to buy it.
2020-03-02 | A Google user | I want to love the game but it's extremely inconvenient that the game forces you to make a reply before you even know what's going on. I ran out of time several times and even pausing the time bar doesn't stop the timer because it kicked me off from a choice while paused. Game is buggy overall. With scrolling up while Beek is replying. Had the game stop replying to me at one point and had to reset the game. I paid for the full version and it's feels like a struggle to enjoy. |
