Cancellation by phone call only with only a select few country phone numbers meaning in many instances, international call needs to be made. Agent then goes thought many attempts to deter you and offer further discounts, eventually asks you uo go wait and then the call bizarrely ends. No way to follow up, except by phone and go through same again |

I booked flight tickets where they did not mention (obviously by design) cancellation rules, and I looked for them while booking. Now on trying to cancel site says try with airline but we keep our fees, and airline says see with agent. But why I rate it 1 star is absolute absence of any support number to call or email to write to, except automated chat bot. For any support you must pay VIP. Borderline scam. |
