Been using them for 2 years for my business and it's been super buggy the entire time. Nothing is ever fully fixed. I am constantly missing important text messages because they literally will not "exist" in the app until a day later and with no notification of their existence. Entire message threads will disappear from the app, but still be visible on desktop. I'm currently figuring out another solution to using this service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT RELIABLE FOR BUSINESS.

Work or business user BE AWARE! This was a huge mistake. 1. Non-existent customer service, they take several days to contact you. By all means, they are pretty worthless, no solutions, nothing. 2. Pricey, as they are above average for this type of line. 3. Tax ID us needed to register and be able to text. Oh, and for this registration, you also have to pay an additional $15, and you may be denied. I was denied 3 times. Expensive mistake! I was never granted access to text. Ridiculous!

While the app it's self seems pretty solid and has a lot of cool/useful features, the customer support is basically non-existent. An app is only as good as the people behind the scenes who keep things flowing. Our experience has been terrible and seems to keep getting worse. Right now our business phone number has been "lost" so we're without service entirely and not even guaranteed that we'll get our number back.
