File permission IS enabled in Settings but pop-up persists, even after device restart. How can you convert if you can't even select a file? Waste of time and data downloading. Uninstalled. |

And so then I gave the app the permission manually but when I went back to the app it still said that the permission was still needed. I tried closing it and reopening it but it kept on saying that the permission was still needed to convert the files that I have on my phone. Please fix this. |

Downloaded files dont show on my gallery and files, and before I downloaded the app they said it would show on my gallery, and i could also access it on their website OnlineConvert. I was expecting a personalised document folder. I can't even find that folder. Thus far I've been working only on images. |

I restarted my device several times, ran CCleaner twice, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app—which had no effect on the app. |
