User reviews
Unworthy of my time and unprofessional This app was good, but it has been going downhill. Using the texting services lately makes me even more bothered, irritated and annoyed. Some counselors are good, but it depends on your luck. Others type really slowly and waste my time. I just see them repeat what I say without considering my problems and giving advice. Inconsiderate and disappointing, that's the least I could say. Any random person who studied basic psychology will communicate better
Never thought I'd see the day therapy turned Freemium. What a flipping scam. In between a therapist that went out of her way to dismiss and invalidate my experiences to the fact that the chat services were extremely slow, I can thoroughly say this is a bad app.
I used the chat feature when I desperately needed support. The "professional" disconnected after 10 minutes (It hadn't been more than 30 seconds since they asked me a question which I was typing a response to when they left. I didn't close the app or anything.) There also seemed to be a language barrier (I only speak English).
