| 2024-11-21 |  | | Instant payout for each question, no need to build up to a value. But the questions are slow to arrive. At least where I reside, it seems some are location based. However lately the app will prompt for a question that is immediately set as missed, even though you respond within 5 minutes. Or the more common problem, you get notified of a question but the app won't load the questions. I have logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, it doesn't matter...the app now fails. |

Sadly the longer you use the app the more the questions like up, making it take longer and longer to open the app. It's gotten to the point now where it takes a full minute for me to open the app. By then the question has usually expired. Would be nice if we could remove past questions. Not sure why the app saves them |

NO hassle and no waiting. I just don't know what the pay is, that could be improved I would think it's be better to be transparent in what survey takers are being paid for their time and thoughts. |

Now, every time I get notified when I have a question, I open my app, and the dang thing won't load the questions. I clear my screens and try to reload, and it doesn't work. It will do this over and over until the question expires. So I don't get to answer it, which means this app isn't making me any money at all. In the past month,I've missed FIVE questions all due to this issue. |

Lately the App keeps not loading whenever I tap on a "you got a question" notification and / or attempt to login. I'll try reinstalling it I guess but really frustrating cus then I miss the opportunities just because the app won't load. |

I clicked the notification as soon as it said I had a question, it took 6 minutes for the questions to finally load and it said the question had already expired. It's pretty much useless if it won't load so we can do the questions. |

But the downfall part is when you turn on your notifications to receive all notifications from this app and you never get the notification(s) of when a new question is up & ready, so unfortunately even with those on I've still managed to miss a question(s), & I use my phone everyday so how is that possible? Not cool. |

I lowered my rating because so many time the app cannot communicate with the server & I miss my question. --- Questions expire quickly sometimes in a matter of minutes. . If they show up while you are sleeping, you have no chance. They do send the PayPal reward right away, which is impressive. |
