I like that you earn cash back on purchases that you would normally make. It's not a scheme or credit card. You just earn cashback from purchases from specific stores. I use it for Walmart frequently. You just add your bank account and any payment is withdrawn from there. You don't have to add $ to a wallet or anything like that. Just simply use One as a middle man to earn rewards.

I love all the incentives and how I can see my credit score right on the front page. If I could change anything, it would be to show me ONLY my debit balance on the front screen and not my combined balance of savings and debit. It gets confusing and makes me often look foolish at checkout for not having enough money.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!! I tried to transfer money from my one account to an external bank account that I more commonly use and trust, and I had to verify the account, which took 2 business days, and now they're FORCING me to send them a pdf file with my name and account number on it to do a SECOND verification! It's absolutely ridiculous the hoops they make you jump through, to prevent you from transferring your money to a better, more trustworthy service. I will no longer be using one. Trash

3rd change to my original post.. still easy to use... they cut out a lot of stuff.. Our joint account had several issues. Money was taken from wife's side of the joint account and I couldn't do anything about it. They removed credit builder and left the overdraft coverage. BUT since first post they lowered my overdraft amount to a fourth of it's original..I guess because of my lower rating.. still have it though.. No fees and no overdraft charges are still the biggest benefits..

Think it's more so the bank.. Had my account compromised, reported it, however, while waiting for my new card I was not able to even touch my own paycheck. My whole account was frozen. Only to get the new card to find out it was compromised again! At almost 2 weeks I was finally able to use the virtual wallet aspect. Even if that I was only able to buy things at walmart. I had to transfer money to another account to use money anywhere else. And got charged fees. Meanwhile I still wait for card .

I like the app, and how I can add all my cards and transfer money to other accounts. However, the ATM page said that there would be no fee at a specific ATM. I used that ATM 4 times, because I thought there was no fee. Turns out that it's only fee free if you have One Plus. That information was extremely hard to find and they knew damn well I didn't have One Plus. I could've gone across the street to Walmart and it wouldn't been free. They refuse to refund!

Update on 10/17/24: I emailed them several times, and they only responded to inform me:They escalated the case and then no updates afterward at all. Their app doesn't work. Apparently, they have no intention to fix or it is a scam. --- One app isn't working. Downloaded and completed the first two transactions later stopped working. It makes you think what's the point of having a debit card solely depends on an app that doesn't work. They don't seem to have a website that I can log in to either.

Charges... if you plan on using a ATM to take money out (including no fee atms like at kwik trip for example) or to transfer money outside of the one account into a different account expect a $3+ dollar charge. Now that I noticed this I'm not recommending it to anyone unfortunately, I did like the app for the most part until I saw those charges, not so much now.

This app is only good to get instant pay from Spark, but otherwise, the actual "Bank" features are terrible. I've deposited checks, and they take very long to process. If you ever have to dispute a transaction, that's also a long process. I could only recommend this if it's the only option you have or if you are using it to get paid for your spark orders. Other than that, dont use ONE. Update: I deposited a check on a Tuesday, and it is now Monday, and it still hasn't gone through. Horrible.

Total scam. Don't sign up for this!!! I was offered a $15 credit at the Walmart Online Checkout to give this app my Credit Card info. I followed the instructions exactly, but did not receive credit, and there is no way to even use the app to "scan" when paying online. Now the credit has disappeared, and some company I've never heard of (and is NOT affiliated with Walmart - and Walmart can't help me) has my credit card info. I'm going to have to cancel two credit cards and have them reissued.
