| 2024-11-27 |  | | Don't manually deposit your check through the app. I like the direct deposit aspect and the quickness of refunds. Spot Me is a nice plus as well. But if you need to deposit a check manually, the app doesn't tell you it takes up to six business days...holidays add to that time. It won't even allow you to have a small portion of the checks like normal banks do, allowing up to $100. You won't know this until after completing the deposit by scanning it. |

Chime's credit builder option has been a blessing, since I started using it about 5 months ago, my credit has increased 60 points, and it's so easy to use, completely headache free. Everything about Chime has been headache free, the app is so easy to use, and the My Pay feature has helped me out of a jam more than once. I highly recommend Chime! |

| 2024-11-25 |  | | I absolutely love Chime. I initially signed up because I was put into Chex and couldn't get a real bank account. Now I'm able to,but I've decided to stick with Chime. Between their fee free overdraft (Spot Me) and the ability to get loaned money until I get paid (My Pay) is incredibly useful. Their credit builder card has increased my credit so much. It's not like other ones you have to put a deposit down with. You just move money into and spend like a debit card. Chime is absolutely phenomenal. |

I've been hesitant to post to review on this because I don't play about money but I will give the credit to this bank where it is due. they keep their promise for everything they have said and there has not been a single time where I have been hit with any crazy fee. They do have other options like MyPay and Credit Builder which both seem to be beneficial and useful. |

It's a wild goose chase & only damages my credit, then when you unlink it from your bills, it damages your credit even worse. I even contacted support and they said they were flawless,2 bad 4 me. Also the terrible check deposit function. There are good things. Stay away from Spot Me it's a trap. Lots of promise, very little delivery. Please fix asap.I want it to work as advertise |

That's really not a fair deal when the total amount taken from every check (up to $400) is taken all at once. The my pay feature should really take a hint from apps like earnin, who give up to $100 a day. |

I wanted to use it like a debit card, terrible decision on my part. I'll just stick to CashApp. Thank you for this learning experience. |

I have to transfer it to Chime first and while there's no real problem, the app isn't showing the failed payments nor does it email about them so it makes it difficult and makes me unsure of whether it's just my signal or the app. This new update is not great. |
