App summary
There are six steps in the original technique
1. Decide on the task to be done.
2. Set the Pomodoro timer (traditionally to 25 minutes).
3. Work on the task.
4. End work when the timer rings and put a checkmark on a piece of paper.
5. If you have fewer than four checkmarks, take a short break (3–5 minutes) and then return to step 2; otherwise continue to step 6.
6. After four Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes), reset your checkmark count to zero, then go to step 1.

I really love this app, but since the update after the new year I haven't been able to get it to open. Hoping for a bug fix soon.
When I hit the timer it doesn't start. I then have to hit the "start button" which is small and often gets forgotten. Would be better if it started as soon as I hit the one I wanted to start. Also hard to figure out how to change current times or create my own. I'm really guessing at the process until somehow it goes right.
Update: The app seems too finicky with notifications. No matter the phone setting I can't depend on the app to notify my at break time. Refocus works bit break usually does not work to notify me. Minus one more star. ** They want a review too quickly. I started using the app less than a day ago, so I will have to give a review in a bit. It's too soon.
