2024-12-08 | Junk Mail | I give up. After the 7.21.1 update the app no longer syncs with my devices. I have to delete them and re-pair with them every day. This happened after the 9/3/24 update crashed the app. The program was working fine for years prior to the update, now it seems like every other update crashes the app. This app is an embarrassment to the OMRON brand.
2024-12-08 | Jon Kruger | 1. Manual entries does not allow entry of, nor does it download, # of irregular heartbeats. One of the features I need to track. 2. I've got 11 readings stored. "Sync" should pull them all down, all data (i.e. irregular HB count), along with date-timestamp. There is no need to open the app for every measurement, other than you failed to design for efficient use.
2024-12-07 | Andrei Burnin | UPDATE. Almost a month has past. No changes. Annoying insights continue to pop up and the warranty registration page still has the same glitch. Omron just doesn't care. Annoying insights are popping up. I turned them off in the app settings. Yet, they still pop up. Also, I was not able to register my Omron device. The webpage for that is glitchy.
2024-12-06 | Shewolf Three | good for basic logging of blood pressure readings. the syncing function, as is typical, is frustrating. Having 2 use Bluetooth instead of just being able to use Wi-Fi is frustrating. App should ask you to turn on Bluetooth & when you end it ask you if you want to end Bluetooth. I also have a pulse oximeter that is smart, as they say, & it forces you to use Bluetooth too but at end you have to remember to turn off Bluetooth to save battery.
2024-12-01 | Dave Irion | This app is really bad. It worked fine for about a week, despite BP readings not syncing to the correct phone (for my wife and I). Now, over the last 3 weeks, my readings donβt sync automatically and only sync after turning the monitor off, pressing the BT button, and then pressing sync again. Then today, after pressing sync, the app said to add a device! After re-adding the device, all my BP readings were gone from history!
2024-12-01 | Sarah D3 | Update(11.30.24): latest update 7.21.1 fixed the syncing issue, happy that everything seems to be working again. 4β DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Was working, but was forced to do an update (Nov 2024) and now it will no longer auto sync. If I have to manually sync every time I take a reading, there is no need for the app. I guess they're just using the app to collect your personal data off your phone. And based on all the other comments, it's obvious they have no interest in fixing the issue. ZERO star!
2024-11-30 | Jocelyn Sherman | Very good experience until around a week ago. Now my readings no longer automatically go to the app even when I push the sync button. Even worse when I go to the app I have to re-sign in and re-pair my wireless cuff and the readings that I've just done still don't transfer over. Needless to say when I redo my readings I'm pissed off and my blood pressure goes up. This is extremely frustrating, PLEASE FIX!!!! I've had this machine for a year and until recently it was great. Now it's torture . :(
2024-11-28 | Peggy Saler | Last update on November 6, 2024 broke my connection, it no longer automatically connects to my device to import my readings, I have to manually make it connect, I have unpaired and repaired several times and it's useless, it's set to do it automatically but it doesn't, I am angry π‘... The update fixed the issue thanks so much ππ
2024-11-25 | Frank Catalano | The Nov. 6 update made a good app unusable. After logging in, it showed a "Your privacy is important" screen. After clicking "Continue," the app displayed "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Clicking "OK" did nothing but display three dots that were animated endlessly. It did not allow accepting a privacy policy; the "Submit" button was never clickable. Had to contact support, then uninstall, reboot, reinstall, re-login and re-pair to get access to data. Frustrating to troubleshoot.
2024-11-23 | TD Garber | Can be difficult to use without stumbling through menus. Manual doesn't cover things like adding a new device. Also false alerts are daily. Telling you there is a new report or something when there isn't or it cannot be found. Stopped syncing and can't find the device anymore. Nothing changed. |
