Yesterday instead of opening as normal it suddenly asked for me to log in, but kept giving me an error msg saying Account not Authorized. Did the password reset, went thru successfully, still the same error. VERY DIFFICULT to contact anyone from SM for help. | |

When you place your order, even if you receive a confirmation from your bank that it was successfully paid, the app may still tag your order in awaiting payment confirmation. Checking out takes too muuuuuch tiiiiime! Order will not be delivered on your chosen schedule. Such a huge hassle. You can do better, SM. Better use other grocery/shopping apps instead. | |
