I note others mention it is grep like & that it searches all sub folders, but even if I aim it at a high level folder with txt files in and sub folders of txt files I either get no results or an error saying check search terms. I've tried it on two separate Android devices it is not doing anything useful on either of them. |

| 2024-09-22 |  | | Amazing app! Searching archives of hundreds of PDFs for research is quick and easy! I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because: Every time you close the app, the Cache is lost!! I just wish that I could save the cache of results to a PDF with links to all of the findings OR be able to retrieve various cache results by filename. At least then, I would not have to keep running the same search each time I sit down to continue research on a particular topic. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!! |

Presently, when initiating a search, the system scans the designated folder and all its subfolders. This approach can be time-consuming, especially when the search needs to be confined to specific subfolders. By incorporating a multi-folder selection option, users can specify the subfolders to be searched, thereby reducing search time and enhancing efficiency. |
