And I was just about to download this app💀 I'm so glad I didn't So basically octa fx has major kyc issues and refuses to pay users even when they're verified. CAN NEVER BE ME! I'm definitely going to tell my trading team and every other trader I know to either delete this app or never install it. Thank you. |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | Trade and lose they won't ban your account. But when you win a larger amount of money they just block your account for no reason. Never even explain nor do any refunds. And I've been using octafx for 1.5years win small amount can withdraw. Win larger amount get blocked. Use at your own risk. Their KYC team doesn't even bother to reply your emails. And people can say they have the best customer service centre. |

They accept funding into a wallet but haven't allocated it to my trading account since the 24th of November and it seems like thousands of people gets scammed because if you do not go through the lengthy process to upload your POP (which was also done) then you can kiss your funds goodbye because they do not have a system that automatically recons payments from they're bank (WITH THE TRADING ACCOUNT NUMBER AS A REFERENCE) to allocate to the trading account. |

One will make a deposit to enter a good trade, and you guys will hold it for hours before releasing it to the customer, and that will even when the person has missed his/her trade & is very very annoying. Please you guys should improve on releasing deposit immediately please |
