I love some of the features of this app like alerting when baby I'd crying, having the audio play in the background (app closed), checking the room temperature as well as adding other users like grandparent's. My main problem is it frequently times out/doesn't load the live video when you need it. Baby is crying so my stress levels are already raised and to then have to wait and refresh until the live feed comes up is frustrating

Brooke Pennington, 2024-12-12If my Android phone is on "do not disturb" with the Eufy Baby app white-listed to allow notifications, the notification will play a loud sound, even if the phone is set to vibrate mode. Not great in the middle of the night.
