| 2024-12-16 |  | | I think purposefully does not easily allow to you cancel an order. The help page is misleading and says simply click on orders and then cancel order. This is not an available option when editing the order. This seems to be purely a greed motivated, money grabbing trick to confuse and drive profits .. please change it. I spoke to the customer service who thankfully cancelled the order but not until after a lot of frustration and wasted time. |

| 2024-11-28 |  | | Would be a good app, but sadly no way of opting out of marketing push notifications in the app: despite having a "marketing communications" option, this only let's you turn off sms and email (which I'm not so bothered about), with the FAQ suggesting only way is to use my phone settings to turn off all notifications. So no way of getting a notification when delivery is near - the main benefit of the app over the website - without getting daily marketing. Will uninstall and go back to the website. |
