Central London at 11 o'clock and says all slots are booked for delivery. No cheap water sold by "times 6" packs, just separate bottles to milk you , no option to sort items by price No option to sort items by price per kilo or per litre/millilitre I'm dehydrated at 11pm and can't order. Constantly pushing cooking onto you upon registration. Dissapointed. | |

Missing raspberries, blueberries, yogurts, cheese, ham etc etc etc. Now I have to waste time sorting it out. This is not a unique service. I've never had this with anyone else. This is not a new idea. It's been perfected for years. This is the first time so it's 0% correct deliveries for me. They charged for it all though. They didn't forget that part. | |

This makes searches that get you a lot of results not work. I'm an engineer, this should be trivial to fix, but the fact that it hasn't worries me. Also why is the app adding every item I order to my favourites list. I makes it completely unusable. Who is the product manager for this app? An intern? A blind monkey could do a better job. | |

Support is awful, they started an "investigation", but no reference number, no feedback in several days. The app deletes the chat history. They don't have drivers' numbers so could not track it. Your order could be all eaten by a courier and you will get nothing. All this app is a shitshow. | |

2023-01-10 | Stanislav | Offer you some credit on the account for the 9 missing items and a pack of smashed raspberry on top. Who put raspberries on the very bottom of the huge paper bag? Obviously they don't care. You need to waste ~20 min in the chat to just request your money back and then wait for 10 business days to hopefully get it back, lol what? You pay for the delivery regardless of the order summ, also if they are missing so many products from a single order, you can not really rely on that service. |
