2024-07-05 | Rikki AP | Use 2x R1s from Dec 2022 to Jul 2024 for both my kids. Finally, decided to discontinue because of multiple product defects. During the period, I went to the service centre 3 times and was unable to use the product for cumulatively about 4 months. This really has promising features and hope can improve on built quality or extend their service centre hours. One of the best features is the subscription, which includes roaming services in the APAC region. The app itself needs to be more stable. | |

2023-09-15 | Victor Goh | 11/9/23: A frustrating experience. As part of account hygiene, I use a "+myfirstfone" suffix as the registered email for the app. Alas, Android devices are unable to login using suffixes, with attempts to do so prompting a "Enter correct email address" error. Logging in with the same suffixed email, however, is possible on iOS. Without going into other feedback, this has been extremely debilitating already. 15/9/23: Support has highlighted that the app is no longer updated. | |

Also, the app heats up the phone and drains battery so I would have to kill it off in the android settings every time. Hope a fix can be given soon. You have open the app to get call screen and accept the call. It takes few seconds before the accept or reject button appears. The App has very limited features as well and requires many clicks for getting things done. The device battery keeps draining even if the watch is kept idle. | |

There is no ringing tone when watch is calling phone and vice versa, only when we open the app then we noticed the missed calls. 2. Watch user unable to hear when phone app is calling. Volume is too soft. 3. No msging notification on both phone app and watch. Both users (watch&phone) were unaware of incoming msgs received. 4. Location tracking stops working. 2022-09-11 | Ry C | The updates made it worse. Firstly, calls can only be answered in speaker mode and for Android devices, when the watch user calls you, it is impossible to answer the calls. I gave the customer service feedback on this more than 6 months ago, they did not fix it. Now, it also keep sending blank notifications to your phone. Not recommended. | |

The application works terribly on Android, because when there is a call from the watch to the phone, the "answer" and "reject" buttons do not work on the phone. That is, it is not possible to answer an incoming call on the phone and the only option to talk is to call back from the phone to the clock. |
