Your... app... suuuuucccckkkkks! Constantly disconnects from my shield. When it does connect, won't do anything except let me pick apps to start from the home screen. Trackpad, mouse, d-pad are all completely disabled. Power and volume buttons don't work either. It finds my divice. It syncs with my device(through code pop up) it's connected... but completely non functional. Keep up the amazing work Nvidia!!!

App works great, I love it. WHEN IT WORKS. It only works on first launch. As soon as you lock your phone or multi-task to another app, the app looks like it is still connected, but none of the buttons work until you kill the app and re-open it. I've tried turning off battery optimization and stuff, it's not related to that. The app is broken. TERRIBLE bug for a remote control where I quickly want to pause or change volume, and I need to kill and re-open.

Would be an easy 5 star review IF it stayed connected. If you open a different app, forget it staying connected. When you reopen the Shield App to use the remote in any way..., you'll have to reconnect every time. As a mom of a teen and a 3 year old, it gets real old and frustrating when the 3 year old misplaces our physical remote and no one's Nvidia Shield TV App is working!! Please fix!
