It is worth installing this app. In my case I wanted to loose weight and works. Just weight and register every meal and follow the plan. If you can do fasting as well ;)
I'm not seeing how this is intuitive. Very busy and hard to navigate, tutorials are very basic, no images or anything so hard to follow by memorization. Not a lot of keto options. I use meal prep pro and I'm not seeing why anyone would chose this over them other than having an android.
I've only used a short time free version. I love it very easy to use and is a great tool to track calories and Macros.
