| 2024-12-07 |  | | Tried to log in today on the Numi app. First it said it couldn't find my account. Despite using this app for 4-4 years now. Tried to create a new one - said that email is already in use. Uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Then I got a message that said User is migrated to NS APP. No idea what that means. What the heck is going on??? *Still can't log in. Un8nstallwd app, rebooted, reinstalled. Nothing works. 12/6@713 pm |

Nothing seems to work. I also have had an alert in my news feed for almost a year that when I open my news feed shows nothing...🤔 I 11-21-24 day 2: still not fixed! 11-22-24 day 3: still not fixed... 11-23-24 day 4: Nothing... 11-24-24 day 5: Nothing. 11-25-24 day 6: Still broke! day 7: junk, Thank you for finally fixing it! |

It isn't saving my favorites, and recent, often used foods aren't even showing up on that list. It's very frustrating to find foods because they are listed randomly; alphabetically would be so much more user friendly. How about you have different listings for each specific program? I don't even have access to most of the Nutrisystem entrees with my program. |

Every time I close and reopen it, it takes a long time to load, often getting stuck on the loading screen. Recently, it hasn’t opened at all for the past two days, no matter how many times I try. I hope the developers can address these issues. |

There are foods that others add that I never eat and it just seems to overload the database. It would be nice to be able to remove those from my view. |

I emailed support to indicate that I was having a problem with the app, having it now for almost a year, when it suddenly stopped allowing me to update my plan. The recommendation that I received was to contact one of the coaches and that I could schedule a one-on-one coaching session. This had nothing to do with the performance of the app. So if that's the best that Nutrisystem can offer, I'm deleting the app now. |
| 2024-09-07 |  | | The app will not let me change the plan or clear the notice of a new notification on the news and leaf icons...I have Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra android and yes I have reinstalled but no change. Other irritating glitches noticed too but cannot explain. The spinning icons are useless and all the information that you have to scroll thru like the set up on Facebook is tedious. What happened to being able to order anything extra that we want on the Ala carte menu? We spend extra but can't now. 👎 |

It is very buggy and does not store favorite foods correctly and activity calculations are highly inaccurate. Don't know if Nutrisystems is faling as a company but this neglect of their app is a possible sign. |

Some NS are missing or difficult to find even using the scan option 2. Search function is not robust enough i.e., keywords don't produce any results even if the kw appears in the name of the NS or other products 3. All items should allow partial portion sizes! We're dieting! 4. At times Favorites will not come up 5. Food lists need to be better organized, even A-Z is ok |

Also, I consistently get random pop-ups from the app in the middle of the screen saying please try again later with an ok button. This is ridiculous. I continuously have problems with this app. How the hell do you people expect us to use this to help track our progress? It was one of the reasons I liked Nutrisystem. The app used to be usable, now it is almost worthless! |
