I cannot get into the game no matter what I do. Internet is fine, app is updated. It crashes over and over again without letting me in. I can't even transfer my data to a new device because I cannot enter the game fully. I've played since launch so this is very disheartening. I don't want to lose all that I've gotten over the years. I wish simply logging in with my Google account would be enough to transfer data.

The story is great, the art is gorgeous and the recent graphics update makes things beautifully fluid. The only thing I don't like is that the events and birthdays are back to back to back so having time to do the current event AND the main story or past events is near impossible unless you're shelling out money for more energy.

Though I loved this game, I find myself bored due to the pacing of the story. Also,even though my choices affect the story,when I give my answers ,the story fixes my error in a way that doesn't give me the choice to be my own character. I give it 4 starts because, honestly, besides my complaints, the game is great, and I wish many other games like this would take the example of such amazing graphics and character displays. The way they move and interact with you is amazing 👏.
