Locking the phone while within the app stops the music. Also, it does not seem to support continuing a playlist/song from wherever it was stopped, requiring you to start over from the beginning. The track "selection" for playlists does not seem to work, requiring manual manipulation of the track cursor to find the right timestamp. |

It does not remember the place in the episode where you were last listening to (you can only find the episode itself in history). When other source of media interrupts the nts app it is impossible to resume the playback, you need to restart the app. There is no seeking of episodes in the notification bar. I can't believe they ask you to become a subscriber without having basic functionality. I love using the platform on pc so this is a shame. |

(For example, my car doesn't have android auto, but every time I get in my car Spotify somehow commects and resume playing whatever I had on). Final suggestion, also a spotify-esque feature where you can start playing audio on a different device logged in to your NTS app. IE, I could use the mobile app to start playing audio on my PC. |

Opening any other high priority sound source, like a video, always crashes/closes the app, forcing you to restart it and find where you left off. Using a browser to navigate to NTS.live is more reliable for listening than the app itself - that seems to be all the app does anyways. |

If you have lots of shows and episodes it's difficult and slow to browse further down, which means the oldest things you highlight are going to be forgotten. There is such a large archive that it's a shame to not have an easier way to find older shows than specifically searching. But all in all very good app and station, other independent stations should look at this model. |

On my partner's phone (Huawei p20) it crashes immediately upon opening so he can't use it at all! People with iOS seem to have the same issue but much less frequently. Wish they'd sort it out! |
