| 2025-01-05 |  |  | Although Play Store says that this App is installed it doesn't appear in my App Locker OR in the list of apps in settings. The only way I can open it is through Play Store. Isn't it about time that the snivel servants of the UK actually did some work, instead of just sitting at home on their fat subsidised back sides and PRETENDING that they are working? |

| 2024-10-20 |  | | So many times when checking if I have won for my and my partner's account, it will say that an error has occurred and to try again. Whenever I select try again (after long periods of time too) it won't fix itself. I have to completely uninstall the app, and then go through all the verification processes for adding an account all over again which is very tedious for an app you only really would use once a month. Very unreliable and needs fixing. Great concept. Oppo A52 latest OS android. |
| 2024-10-03 |  | | The app works fine. I've added myself and close relatives. BUT I find the "celebratory" gif/film clip that plays before revealing the prize REALLY ANNOYING. The app should have a config setting where that can be turned off - so it immediately shows prize results. |
