it helped me so much ... I stopped scrolling in Instagram and YouTube for sometime...But suddenly it stopped working and I tried to fix it and it didn't work at all ... I thought that I didn't pass the limited time in reels but in reality I already passed it and I scrolled 4h in Instagram and the app always shows zero hours scrolling... I hope it work again .
