I only get ads in the app, so right after I turn it on, I go right back to what I was trying to do. Traffic does run out fairly quick if you choose what country to go to, but if you stay on "best choice", it will stay on for WAY longer. |
| 2022-02-13 |  | | Lately, TouchVPN automatically starts up every time my phone reboots, even when it's connected to my home network. This blocks access to my own printer and other devices. I don't have it set to have constant VPN, so it shouldn't do that. I only need VPN when connected to a public hotspot that isn't encrypted. Most of the time it's not needed over a protected WiFi, and unwanted on my own local network. No settings for this; the only way to stop it is to disable or uninstall it. |
| 2020-07-25 |  | | For the Chrome extension, it works fine. It stays connected all the time. encrypts my data (I believe), and its free and fast. For the app (on android), when it was first installed, it just crashed.I re open it again and it works, just a little bit slow to connect because of the ads trying to load up at the same time.Where is says "Improve you apps speed," , Its not really helpful for my device to be honest, but the Wi-Fi and bandwidth, tahts helpful. This is a good app for both laptop and mobile users. ( 4/5 stars because it crashed when it was first installed to my android device. ) |
| 2020-05-22 |  | | This app used to be good. But now there are so many ads that I can't even use the app. Worse still, it doesn't let me use other apps!! I can't launch my apps or open any without seeing an ad. Wouldn't even let me open settings so I could uninstall the useless app. And the ads always gets stuck and never loads and pressing exit wouldn't work cos it just keeps looping. Glad to be finally rid of it. Gave me a terrible time. Wish I could rate it zero stars |

I have had very few dropped network issues since I've installed it. Witch is a huge plus in my books. Thank you to the Touch VPN team for creating a excellent application for all to use |

Now, I can open any apps, cruise the web, or even ANSWER PHONE CALLS without first being forced to watch an ad. and it's not just the ad, it's the 10 seconds before the ad say8i have to watch an ad before I can do whatever, and the 10 seconds after the ad telling me I'm now free to use whatever function I was wanting to use. I understand ad revenue is important, but this is ridiculous. This app is no longer a viable VPN solution. Unsubscribing! |
| 2020-03-10 | | | Up until this new update with 5sec ad for every app intended to open, I liked this app on my every device. I could not get to make a very crucial call because of this ad. I can not have this happen at any given time to make an emergency call. I had no control of my own personal phone to make a call because of this view this session first ad shortly... Uninstalling!! So Disappointing... |

I don't know if they did an update or if there is a problem with their ad system but the ads just kept coming with everything I tried to do on my phone. I mean EVERYTHING. It happens. But don't drop your rating down over a hiccup. Great job and Thank You developers for providing us with the best, and 100% FREE, VPN service!!! |
| 2019-12-30 | | | I used it for a year, and it was great easy to connect and fast. But recently the app can't connect anymore or it take too long to connect and it's very slow. Not to mention the ads are more then before they will pop up even after you close the app. Time to look for a new app unless they fix the connection issue |
