| 2024-12-15 |  | | Worst banking app I've used. On our SHARED bank account my spouse and I cannot see payees/payments they other has made on our JOINT checking account. I've reported the issue more than once. Seems like they hired high schoolers to develop the app. |

There's a "more" tab that doesn't even work and they changed the way to pay your loan/credit card. Payments were easy and right away, now I can only schedule payments and set dates and times. Extra steps for no reason. |

| 2024-04-09 |  | | NECU did an amazing job with their app setup, I'm able to do all of my financial stuff on this app. They constantly update the app and work on the servers almost every week or so. Been using the app and their services for almost 4 years now and I can say that they are a great credit union to use. Their customer service is amazing and they will contact you before you get a chance to do anything. If I can put more than five stars I recommend it for anyone in the area |
