2024-11-28 | Harvey Johnson | Absolute yeah in every way. You open the app and it's a fancy ad for the app itself, then they ie to you and say you just need to give your email to get started... Then they finally tell you that you have to pay. Gradual alarm interval is only 30 minutes which is completely stupid. You can be in deep sleep for longer than 30 minutes at a time... So it's just a gimmick and they never put an ounce of intelligent thought into it... I hate you dishonest developers with a passion
2024-11-18 | Becky Bittle | Not accurate. The sleep cycle info would say that I fell immediately asleep and was in deep asleep all night with no cycles. Samsung Health was picking up my cycles but this app wasn't at all, so it wasn't my watch. I also tried setting it to automatically detect sleep and it would switch on in the middle of the day when I was wide awake. I'm not sure what was wrong and maybe it's something weird about me that makes it not function correctly, but I'm not paying when it's not working for me...
2024-11-06 | Anna | This app is ridiculous and practically useless. It doesn't discern when I am asleep, and it's not editable if you forget to "wake up." I wanted to be enlightened on my snoring since I have sleep apnea, but it tells me daily "no sound available for this night" and "no snoring detected." I thought this would fill in some data holes recorded and displayed by my galaxy 6 watch compared to when I had a Fitbit, but, truly, Samsung should just do that itself without pushing this useless app on us.
2024-11-03 | David Howcroft | basic functionality like editing the start and end time for sleep data or recording naps in addition to night time sleep are still missing after years of requests by paid subscribers. I've given it more than another year and they really don't seem to care about improving the basic app functionality. This is disappointing given how bad the app is at telling if you're awake or asleep.
2024-10-29 | Kamali Bent | Please add automatic shutoff when it detects that I am awake. All too often, the app goes on discreetly recording in the background for hours after I wake up because there is no notification that it is still recording if I forget to turn it off upon waking up. Please fix and change this!
2024-10-26 | Dan | I give up. Have tried this app on and off for a year. Last night it said zero sounds recorded. I was up 2x for the bathroom and asked Alexa the time 3x. It was next to me, correct position and my no fan on. This is one of many times. It states sleep quality 100. I am up every single night. I will admit that it has picked up a scream and talking in my sleep in the past and minimal cough and snoring but is wrong more often.
2024-10-22 | Sai | Has plenty of issues but I still like it. Been subscribed for close to ten years. Of course, all my data is now gone because I had to reinstall and, though the setting said that data backup was on, turns out it will say that if even one of the settings within it are on. Misleading and cost years of data. Always thoroughly check your settings.
2024-10-21 | Tanya JD | The weirdest thing about this app is that you cannot edit the start or stop time of a sleep entry. I missed the alarm today, it stopped playing sounds eventually, later I woke up on my own, and didn't realize it was still running until the afternoon. It recorded a 15 hour sleep and the only thing I could do about it was delete the entire entry. No way to slide it back to my actual wake up time.
2024-09-25 | David Llewyn | It was decent, once upon a time. Originally installed years ago to monitor my sleep. The added bells and whistles interfere with the basic function and my sleep. After not using it for a few years because it was getting obnoxious, I opened it up and immediately got thrown into some ghastly audio file that was supposed to help me sleep. The added overlays made it difficult to figure out where to reduce it to its basic function, keeping track of the previous night's sleep. Should be 2 stars.
2024-09-12 | Lorraine Lissette | Love hate relationship. I sleep through all traditional alarms. For some reason, the smart alarm in this app wakes me up perfectly! So long as it actually works. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to get the gradual alarm to function. Which is dangerous because I never know when it's going to fail, and I wake up late. Instead of the gradual alarm softly getting louder until my actual wake-up time, it'll just ring at the time I set; no different than a regular alarm. Upsetting. |
