Seems like I should just uninstall it and log into the website any time I need anything, or just use another vendor's app that doesn't require a log in every time I use it. There were already problems with sorting & filtering, the search function not adequately finding things, anytime I need to complete a task it pushes me to the website with another log-on, and now this! | |

The usual perks g more: my card is available online(no need to carry it), free shipping when you order directly to the store, sale notifications on wish list items, fantastic returning policy, no restocking fee (like Macy's), etc. but the best part is the inventory. I just repeatedly keep turning to Nordstrom's & Nordstrom's Rack for everything. Home, shoes, clothes, gifts, everything! | |
2022-09-28 | Laura Carregal | Site is always down. Even when you call customer service, you can't put in your order. Always told to call back. It's a shame because it's easy to maneuver, it's just down when you put in your payment info. Also I had to return a damaged item. And was credited $9.95 less than the price. So I had to call and have that fixed. So watch your bill. | |

That's the ONLY reason I'm tied to this app. But the new interface is worse than previous versions, and it's not nearly as intuitive. Even though there are new features I do like, it all seems rigid and feels clunky to operate when I'm searching for the clothing I want. Hopefully they change it back, b/c the app isnt as easy to navigate as it used to be. And the removal of HauteLook? A downright shame. | |
2021-05-12 | A R | This app is ridiculous! Tried to log in to make my purchase and not only would it log me in, but it emptied my cart when I tried to go back. I've had trouble with this app ever since being forced to change from Haute Look. Looks like everyone else has had issues as well, but there seems to be zero attempt to fix it. It's not even a matter of it being difficult to use, it's just non- functional. I'll be deleting this soon if they refuse to figure it out. | |
2021-04-18 | Bridget May Aljasser | I love Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack apps. Obviously there are current issues with the apps as they condense Haute Look with the Rack. Specifically, I can't load the "orders" page to track my orders. Also, when I try to purchase something on the "checkout" page, it errors out. Very frustrating. I've lost a few great items as a result (they sold out before I could figure out how to purchase them). To combat these issues, I use a browser or a desktop, but please fix these issues promptly. 2021-04-03 | Ainslie Evans | This app never works. Every time I try to use it, it tells me that there's a connection error. I only installed it because there was a $5 off coupon if you did. But it wouldn't let me place the order through the app. I had to place it on my computer because it kept having the same connection error. And now it still won't let me track the order. If the entire purpose of the app is to order things, how about make sure that that function actually works...? Just a thought. | |

I used to love shopping with it but it is so buggy since the split from haute look that it's just a pain in the tush. Log in problems are persist. Can't seem to handle the switch from rack to haute look accounts yet they have asked you to set up separate accounts. I give up! | |

It is constantly adding back items to my favorites list after I've deleted them (over and over), and then it doesn't add favorites to the list while I shop, even though the heart gets colored in while viewing the item. Never, ever loads order history. Sometimes cart count shows as "1", even though I have 3+ items in there. Have even had a couple of times that checkout "errors out" - so I think the order failed - but then I get my order confirmation email. Would expect better from Nordy. | |
2020-11-19 | caecenia mclean | Loads of problems. Log in button doesn't work. Some items cant be added to the cart, even though they arent sold out. Sold out items are still listed for sale. Clicked on orders, and nothing appears. I've purchased items, only to receive an e-mail that they're sorry, but there was a problem with inventory and the item I purchased is no longer available. Then a refund. Absolute crappy site. |
