| 2024-12-09 |  | | Wow, Latest Updates. Thank You. Manage Custom Libraries - CAN now Manage "Your own" Custom Libraries on net dashboard 👍, Can now edit ALL scan names. Now when I use each color of my paints I can immediately edit the scan name to let me know how much is left, no more having to connect my Nix Pro first 👍 Can now use Internet dashboard to see your scans & edit them. - Still CAN'T EDIT Toolkit LIBRARY/COLLECTION NAMES, under "Edit" option, can only delete them - please fix this. |

Can't locate the nix paints app nor nix digital app. I was able to pair this nix MINI 2 two years ago when it was new, can't no longer. Yes I charged it and inserted a paperclip. Any positive advice? | 2024-09-24 |  | | Very disappointing. You pay good money to buy the device and then the app to use the device is so bad that destroys the whole experience! Every time I open the app it tries to download the databases. Whenever I go into my favourite colours, it keeps spinning until I press the back button, and go again into my favourites which shows my library but it doesn't open it. I need to go back out again and back in to open and show me my colours. Also need to be able to compare multiple colours! Fix it!!! |
| 2024-02-24 |  | | Good: When it works as expected, it's good enough. Bad: I have to forget and re-pair the Nix 3 almost every time I charge it. If you want to save a scan, it forces you to choose a library AND collection which is unnecessary. If you lose internet connection half way through a scan, it won't let you save it. Once scanned, you can't convert digital colours to paint colours. You can't access Pantone or RAL without paying a subscription fee. This was on my Samsung Zfold 4 One UI 5.1.1 Android 13 |

The whole interface has become overcomplicated and it's really clunky to use now. A shame because the previous versions used to be one of the best apps available and a really great tool to use. Now it is pathetic. |

Latest version of the software works with the Samsung 23 ultra perfectly. Libraries are now working as I needed them. Changing from 1 to 4 stars, the knock coming from having to wait. |
| 2023-04-14 |  | | The previous app was much easier to use and had way better interface. This is cumbersome and takes longer to connect to Bluetooth and to scan. (I use at paint store). Too many steps to get to where you need to be. Staff at our paint store are having difficulty using it. The old adage "Why fix if it ain't broke" applies here. I understand adding features or improving efficiency- but keep interface and procedures consistent so users don't have to relearn how to work with it. |
