| 2024-06-07 |  | | The Waggle monitor is exactly what I need for my semi. However, the marketing is irritating, to say the least. Emails to sell me pet bowls, cameras, etc. The push notifications are worse, and should be for alerts only. Waggle sends a push notification, I have to look because my dogs' lives matter, it turns out to be a marketing ploy. I find no way to turn them off without turning off all of them. |

They keep sending emails about their new device so I assume they are trying to force you to buy the new device before they give you any service. They have 1 or 2 weeks to fix their reception or I'll cancel the entire service. Please don't respond to this message, just fix the issues and stop sticking it to people. |

The app icon appears in the middle of the screen while the loading just spin around. Same issue with another device. Contacted support a few days ago with no response. This is about the third time something has been an issue and really makes it difficult to want to trust this system. |

When the device and app work, this is a brilliant setup; however, my device and app have not paired since last week, and therefore, I am not receiving updates, nor able to check the readings on my device. |

Ability to set some alerts as e-mail only (rather than wait until you run out of available texts for that category and are forced into it anyway) 2. When I toggle off the power loss alert it automatically enables the power restoration alert and vice versa? I want to toggle them both off and I'm not sure why that is not possible. |

The home screen for the app freezes and you have to closes and re-open the app to unfreeze. Upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars after receiving a new unit. Seems to be working like it should. |

I can monitor the temperature, position, and power status of my RV from anywhere that there is cellular service. Keep that in mind that it does not work without cellular service! I never had a problem with this app crashing or not responding. Overall,,,, a very nice app for the Waggle pet monitor. |
| 2022-10-24 |  | | We have the temp only plan, and it has been helpful. We've had some issues with getting the app to connect after a few days. We are not full timers, just weekend warriors and had some troubles connecting the app after a week or two of not camping. Eventually, we could get it working but in the beginning, it was frustrating. In the end, the piece of mind of knowing our boys were good, or the alerts to let us know the AC had malfunctioned, was amazingly helpful and life savings for our dogs. |
| 2022-08-01 |  | | Not what I expected. The app runs off Verizon cell service. If you're in an area that has poor cell service, the app does not work. I can come to terms with that but you can't pause services or billing and since I travel for work, I'm in the same spot for 3 months, without service and constant notifications when the stars align to tell me the "power is off" when it's been stored in a closet. I got over a dozen texts last night telling me power was off. I'd hope so since I unplugged it 5 days ago |
| 2022-01-07 |  | | This is a great little device for keeping my fur baby safe. An added bonus for me is the included humidity monitoring. Helpful even when I am in the RV. The only thing I would like to make sure other RVing pet owners are aware of, and this is in no way Waggle's fault, is that in much of the Western US, cell coverage is unreliable. In these areas, the device won't connect and won't be able to send alerts. Like I said, in no way is this a Waggle defect-they can't control cell coverage. Overall A+ |
