If I access the app after a few days away, I have to login again and go through the stupid process to get back in by pressing "next" repeatedly to set the app up. No updates or changes took place, it just logs you out. |

It accepts the login, but then continues processing indefinitely without being able to open the app. I've already deleted the data on my cell phone, uninstalled the App, reinstalled it and nothing, it still doesn't work. I just wish sometimes their sales would go with all their shoes not just the old ones. I mean not everybody wants to buy old shoes. I get tired of buying 200 plus dollar shoes. What I have an issue with in regards to this app is when I try to put my shoes or items in my basket it will not let me it tells me that the service I have requested is not working this issue has been going on for two months now! I have unloaded the app and downloaded the app again and it still continues to say the same message. It is a problem because I cannot add any coupons or additional items to my basket! |
