Find my meter is not working and the app is lagging. Customer service could not help

app has not been loading since upgrading to android 15. Edit: I had to uninstall and reonstall the app and set it back up to fix the issue. It is working now.

I've had no issue with the app until this recent update. Whenever I try to open the app it starts to load up and then the screen quickly turns black.

It pays $2.50 a week and $5 a month. That's $190 total a year if you remember to wear your meter every day. I wouldn't have went through the trouble if I knew that before I started.

The app constantly kicks me out every other month. Now, it will not allow me to log in at all, even though i know my credentials are correct. It is incredibly frustrating to log in every other month. I am just waiting for a call from the company to help remedy this situation
