The app is fraudulent, it doesn't show location. Worst still it only allows subscription without the interface to unsubscribe and starts to withdraw money from ur account without ur authorization You people still withdraw my money even after I wrote to you to terminate my subscription cos you refused to add that option to your app settings. I even went ahead to delete the app if that would work but u still withdraw my money without my consent. This is high level robbery & it's unacceptable.

Subject: Concern Regarding Fake Messages Dear NGL Support Team, I hope you're doing well. I would like to express my concern regarding the messages I have been receiving through your platform. Recently, I have noticed that a number of these messages appear to be fake or auto-generated, which is quite disappointing. I understand that anonymous messaging can be a fun and engaging way to interact with others, but it is important to ensure that the platform remains genuine and trustworthy. I woul

I like it at first, but after clearing its data. I totally lost my old account, I can't log in back. I type and enter the right credentials for my old account, but I still can't recover my old account. Hoping you can fix this issue, some of us just want to have the same ngl link.

Great app but sadly most of the time when i get a notification that says "new messages!" I tap on it and end up seeing no messages. I don't know if this is a glitch or something that's been happening regularly to others. I hope you guys can fix this.

The app is good but don't go for subscription. It says to subscribe to know who sent you the message but after you subscribe that option is gone. It's just the messages there n nothing else. Use it just don't pay for it.

The app is gud. It works without any sign in. The only problem is that after mistakenly deleting the app I could check the previous msgs I had recieved thru the link. And unable to see those messages. There shud be a way to do it.

The app is great. But then there's one feature that just spoils everything. The NGL pro. The main purpose of the app is anonymity. I personally use this for my reproductive health podcast and I don't know how comfortable anyone would be if they knew that If I pay, I can know who it is. If possible, let's stick to the anonymity.

It has a bot. Even if no one has messaged by clicking the link,it shows 1 -3 messages. I have tried this. You also can try this by sending the link in status and story and restrict it to 1 people you know, you will find that nearly 2 - 3 messages have appeared when you tap the inbox in the app. Don't be so happy that someone is trying to say or ask you something 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Zero views but 2 3 messages....

I definitely had the same problem everybody else had I've had this app for a while it seemed really fun I decided to bite the bullet and pay the small amount to get the subscription. And lo and behold not only does the app not tell you who sent the messages which I think is direct false advertising, If your app only does two or three things, and then the feature that is advertised doesn't work is a scam and there's no way to fix it. Scamming everybody out of this little subscription cost 0/10

This app is a nuisance. The app itself will send messages at regular intervals, which itself is annoying. But two things make it even more problematic: first, several of the messages are in very poor taste that will trigger people's anxiety (e.g. "Why don't you answer my messages?"). Second, even when a person turns off those automated messages, NGL still sends them anyway. Also, half the time, when they send a notification about a "new message," there's nothing, not even an automated message.
