Wifi or not this app sucks, day and night, 4g or 5g. Straight trash. Edit: no the update has made it worse and the photos display is less functional with the new update, it's crashed 2 times in the last 30 minutes alone. Still trash. |

You are now no longer able to use regular data you need high-speed data to even upload one photo per 60 seconds. Absurd, we don't care about picture quality we want to upload out photos and do the assignments quickly and THATS IT. make the photo uploading process and assignment completions easier. When uploading pics tho, my new phone says the app isn't responding and asks should it wait or close the app. You can clearly see the app processing the photos and uploading them behind the error message. Yet the message appears every 5 seconds while uploading. If you don't keep hitting "wait for app to respond" it will close the app and cancel the remaining pics being uploaded. SUPER OBNOXIOUS. |

Also, I continue to get a "next gear isnt responding" error again. This update has made this app insufferable 7/7 review - the customer service is what caused me to change my review score. 4 stars. They were helpful with correcting the issue. |
| 2023-09-14 |  | | I had this app a year ago, and everything worked ok with the exception of having to change password so much. I use it for work. I just rehired back to the company and downloaded the app again. My boss clicked everything I needed to use and still don't have a notes section. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times after he checked everything and still no access to the notes. All I can do is upload pictures |
| 2023-03-17 |  | | Since the last update (not today's which also didn't fix it) the split screen on phone calls and maps makes me have to re-log into dash on the app after shutting down the app. Quite annoying. The app has not been impressive since the day we got Dash in our office. Not sure if it's an Apple/Android thing but please get these bugs fixed! |

This app has been crashing my new Note20 Ultra since the day I down loaded this app. My maps glitches out, wont allow me to do anything, and crashes. Theres an entire type of equipment that whenever we try to add it to a job it completely closes out the app and removes any of that days previous moisture readings. You can only move 10 pieces of the same type of equipment at a time or it will misplace some. Theres so much more but I'm out of room. |
