I have tried multiple times to link nexo with my Google Pay, but it fails to do so every time. The problem is that I have raised this concern twice, but there is no response from the customer service. So slow in service and no response, and now I have my 50$ stuck which i cannot take out.

The app is a joke, before the new restyling was a mess and now even bigger lol. Swapping tokens is crazy expensive and the list is very limited. The graphs appear HUGE 2/3 of the time i open it. Need to close and reopen everytime, so frustrating. The only good things are the interests. Only. If you just want to hold it is for you but for most of the cryptos they don't even have that.

The platform itself works wonder, never had an issue (so far) but the app, omg, can't be worse, exactly when you need to place an order or close a position it sops working and you can't login. To make it better the web base application does not offer all the options (like i can't set a limit order) so I basically run out of options and have nothing to do but just feel desperate
